The video begins with a clip from Annoying Orange, where Orange says "hey Apple", and Apple responds with "what?". It then cuts to an edit of the Dr. Amigo commercial, where Dr. Amigo's head is replaced with Orange, who says "knife". It then cuts back to the Annoying Orange clip, where Apple is cut in half while the music from the Dr. Amigo commercial continues playing and the commercial overlay remains on-screen.
