Mater Misbehaves at McDonald's is a Cars animation made by the YouTube channel CarsToysMovies. It is a running joke on The Channel of Egg.

Origins[edit | edit source]

Mater Misbehaves at McDonald's was originally posted by the YouTube channel CarsToysMovies in 2016. In the video, Mater, who is going home to Radiator Springs, decides to stop at McDonald's to order a "Mater burger". However, McDonald's is out of Mater burgers due to the cashier eating the last one, and Mater leaves in anger.

In November 2021, Keapy found a clip of the video on Twitter. It quickly became an inside joke among the channel's members, and made its debut on the channel shortly later.
