Mr. Twitchell is a running joke in the channel of egg server. He appears in the 1992 TV Special, Frosty Returns. Despite being depicted as a bad guy in the film, all members of Channel of Egg see him as an Rap God.
Description
The joke is his rap part in the song, Let there be Snow where Mr. Twitchell is in limo with his cat, arguing about Money and Fame.
